Personal coaching method

This form of coaching has an individual character and is tailor-made. The development of consciousness is an important step in this. By asking the right questions, listening carefully and offering new perspectives, space is created for the emotional realm, and for underlying motives and beliefs. Only then can substantial and permanent change take place which leads to new and more effective behavior.

The coaching trajectory always starts with a non-binding intake interview in which the central question is investigated and in which is determined whether there is sufficient confidence to start the trajectory. The objectives are discussed and an indication of the number of sessions is made. The confidentiality regarding the sessions is always guaranteed.
