Remote coaching consultation

t-coachingIn case a face-to-face coaching consultation is not possible, a remote consultation (by telephone or video call) is also possible.

Appointment procedure

You can send an email (via contact) with your request for a telephone or video coaching consultation and your proposal for a date, time, duration and subject of the consultation or you can contact me by telephone. You will receive an email or telephone call back as soon as possible stating the costs for this consultation and whether your proposal for date and time has been accepted. If not, you will receive a counter proposal with a different date and time. After the date, time, duration and costs of the consultation have been accepted and confirmed from both sides, you will receive the invoice. You are kindly asked to pay before the start of the consultation by transferring the agreed amount by bank.

Telephone

You are asked to call on the agreed date and time. In case you do not call, the cost of this call cannot be reclaimed. After all, that time had been reserved for you.

Secure video coaching consultation

In order to offer you the possibility of a secure video coaching consultation, video calling via a secure platform has been chosen. Through this platform, the privacy and security are AVG test and ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certified. No data is stored from the video call itself. It is also very user-friendly. However, due to the high security standard, the functionality is only available through Google Chrome, Opera and the latest version of Edge. It is therefore important to have one of these browsers installed on your computer or laptop.

Detailed instructions for use:

Access to the call (via computer or laptop)

Shortly in advance (about 5 minutes before the start) you will receive an invitation by e-mail to participate in the video call. You can open the video call directly through the orange button. It is not necessary to register and no download is required.

Conducting a video call (via computer or laptop)

The video call opens in a pop-up screen. You are required to give permission for the use of your camera and microphone for video calling.

In case your video and / or sound are not working: check whether the webcam and microphone are switched on.

Below the screen you will see several options.

Bottom middle: important for conducting the video call

  1. Microphone: switch on or off;
  2. Red Receiver: end the video call;
  3. Camera: switch on or off.

In case you do not accept the invitation to participate in the video call at the agreed time and you are also unavailable by phone for the consultation, the cost of this call cannot be reclaimed. After all, that time had been reserved for you.
