Personal coaching method

This form of coaching has an individual character and is tailor-made. Due to the confidential nature of the sessions, away from hierarchical structures, the client feels free, and underlying obstacles emerge more quickly. The development of consciousness is an important step in this. By asking the right questions, listening carefully and offering new perspectives, space is created for the emotional realm, and for underlying motives and beliefs. Only then can substantial and permanent change take place which leads to new and more effective behavior.

The coaching trajectory always starts with a non-binding intake interview in which the central question is investigated and in which is determined whether there is sufficient confidence to start the trajectory. Subsequently, a quotation is drawn up taking into consideration the objective, duration and costs of the trajectory. Depending on the objective, an average coaching trajectory usually consists of 5 to 10 sessions of 1,5 to 2 hours. Of course, an occasional coaching session is also possible, depending on the need. The confidentiality regarding the sessions is always guaranteed.

Tailor-made training method

Based on a specific question from a department or team, a customized training is designed. Tailor-made training is very suitable when striving for a common goal with your team or entire department, or if you would like to gain inspiration. Would you like your employees to work from their inner strength and still be a close-knit team, to be more aware of each other's qualities and pitfalls, to communicate with each other in a more authentic way, less stress, more trust? These are examples of themes that are ideally suited to be treated in a training form. After the training, a follow-up trajectory may be necessary to ensure further anchoring in practice; either as a team or individually. Based on your central question, a quotation is drawn up taking into consideration the objective, method and costs of the training.

Advisory trajectory method

Perhaps you might have a question within your team or organization in the field of Human Resources and / or Development. A theme that you would like to discuss with someone from outside the organization or for which you cannot free anyone within your organization. Depending on your question, it is possible to have a (number of) consultation(s) or to be available for your organization for one or more half-days (per week or per month). Based on your central question, a quote will be drawn up taking into consideration the objective, duration, method and costs of the advisory trajectory.
