General premise

Henriëtte Mees ten Oever shares through Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy her insights, experiences, knowledge and observations in all services, agreements and (website) information offered www.meestenoever.nl). These general terms and conditions and the privacy statement apply to all these forms of communication.

Terms and conditions and privacy statement

Both these general terms and conditions and the privacy statement can be found on the Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy website under contact. The privacy statement specifically applies to the processing of personal data in accordance with the guidelines of the AVG.

Quotations, agreements and tailor-made arrangements

All quotations from Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy are without obligation and expire after 30 days. The quotation is an agreement after the customer / principal has signed the quotation for approval and it has been received by Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy. The quotation / agreement contains the (tailor-made) arrangements that apply to that agreement.

Agreement statement

By signing the agreement, the customer / principal agrees to the (tailor-made) arrangements in the agreement.

Warranty

Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy will execute the agreement and services offered to the best of knowledge and ability and has a best-efforts obligation with regard to the execution of the agreement and services and can therefore not be held liable on the basis of a result obligation.

Change or cancellation

No costs will be charged when a session is rescheduled or cancelled by the client more than 48 hours before the start (working week) of said session. After that, 100% is charged.

In case the client reschedules or cancels another service, such as a training, workshop, presentation or advice process, see the agreement.

Exceptional circumstances

If Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy in the person of Henriëtte Mees ten Oever is unable to provide the service on the specified date due to force majeure, for example illness, a new date will be agreed in consultation with the client. Any costs and/or damage incurred as a result of this for the customer/client/parties involved cannot be recovered.

Confidentiality

It goes without saying that all parties involved deal confidentially with what is discussed or shared during or in the context of the agreement.

Only in the event of an emergency, Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy has the right to breach confidentiality and to inform the correct and designated authorities. Naturally, this also applies if Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy is obliged to do so by a statutory provision or court decision.

Terms of payment

Invoicing and payment takes place as indicated in the agreement. Payment is made by the client to the account number stated on the invoice. A legal change in the VAT rate is of course always charged.

Payment default

In default of payment, Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy can stop the execution of the agreement. In default of payment, the client also owes the statutory interest on the outstanding amount. If Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy has to hand over the claim for collection, the client also owes the costs involved in this collection.

Donation

A donation as a token of thanks is of course very welcome and is gratefully accepted. Please state with the transfer that this concerns a donation or gift.

Liability

The effects and consequences for the client/parties involved in participating in the offered services, agreements and/or (website) information is entirely the client’s responsibility. Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy and Henriëtte Mees ten Oever are in no way liable for consequences and/or possible damage.

The services of Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy are not a substitute for the treatment of medical complaints and/or psychological disorders, in this case please contact a regular healthcare practitioner.

Satisfaction

Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy considers it very important that all its customers, clients and stakeholders are satisfied. If there are any questions, misunderstandings or dissatisfaction with regard to the implementation of the agreement or services, please contact me as soon as possible so that satisfaction can be restored.
