Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy takes appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. For example, a secure ERP information system is used on a secure computer and backups are made regularly. The handwritten file and the paper output are carefully stored and archived. Your rights and retention period

Any health matters will only be mentioned in the file if relevant with regard to the objective(s) of the agreement and with the explicit consent (= principle within the AVG) of the person concerned. Personal data is kept for as long as is necessary and desirable for financial, tax, customer-oriented administration and communication, possible follow-up processes and (legal) obligations.

You have the right to make a request to Mees ten Oever Coaching & Consultancy with regard to the information above. If you wish to make use of this, you can submit your request in writing. If your request is rejected, you will of course receive a clarification of the reason for this. One reason could be that your file also contains information that pertains to others. You will be notified as soon as possible, but no later than one month after having received your request.
